Each of the fragrances of this exclusive line is dedicated to a certain alcoholic drink, repeating not only its refined smell, but also the mood, aura and the range of sensations that arise in the head of everyone who tastes this or that kind of strong alcohol. Kilian L'Heure Verte's bright woody “fougère” is a captivating perfume sketch on the theme of Paris at night, shining with a myriad of street lights and neon signs of colorful European bars. Each of them, without exception, serves the legendary alcoholic shot, which is created by an experienced bartender on the basis of intoxicating tart absinthe mixed with sugar syrup. The fragrance, created by the talented contemporary master Mathieu Nardin, plays with hundreds of thousands of sun glare, shimmering inside a perfectly cut perfume vessel, reminiscent of an exquisite bar glass in which this popular cocktail is served.
In addition to the central chords of grassy absinthe, thick sweet nuances of licorice and tart greens of numerous violet leaves are recognizable in the perfume pyramid. The voluminous and stable base of Kilian L'Heure Verte is based on rich resinous-balsamic motifs of patchouli and woody-creamy sandalwood, enveloped in a fragrant haze of traditional vetiver with its signature accents of bitter chocolate and dry meadow herbs.
